You are indeed being manipulated, controlled, held back, held down by those who would further their own agendas, and those agendas are never ones of heart. A heart-based agenda always seeks the upliftment of others, the cessation of fear in all its forms, and the fostering of peace and well being, everywhere.
What is happening on your planet at this time has long been foretold. It is not a disaster, not in the overall scheme of things. Not unless the people fail to rise against the troublemakers, for this is precisely the necessity at this time.
You may not realize it from looking at your news, but the kindness, the compassion, the true willingness to help one another and to see the good in one another is exploding in your world. This is, of course, never reported in your news.
